Letter to Ibraco Sdn Bhd

Dear Sir,

Let me tell you a story, an ambitious young man came to Kuching, wants to show his hands and legs, trying to settle down. Finally he got a jobs and so excited to buy a house for his family, was asking around who is the reputation develop with great integrity. Ppl told him, this and that, and can consider Ibraco. In year 2010, the timing was so great, Ibraco was launching a series of new houses. With all the fees waived if I used their lawyer and banker. They offer free lawyer fees, utilities registration fees and free cropping.

Still remember how excited are you when you were buying the first new house? Wow man, it felt great. When I went to attorney after signing the sales and purchasing agreement. The attorney asked me to pay RM500~RM800 (which I couldn't remember the actual amount. I asked them to waive as Ibraco had promise no other charges. But they refuse they say is printing and tele fees. (I think they using a silver paper or a gold printing machine). Finally I paid. And go to apply for the loan. Again the banker start to give me a list of fees. Now I'm getting frustrated, called up Ibraco and yet talk nicely to them, they say you have to deal with your banker by your own. Fine, asked the banker to waive, they said you have to write a letter to waive. Again, purchaser have to do the job, ok it waived after appeal for few months. I'm thinking that time, what a damn easy job for them to ask the purchaser to do all the job. Damn, I was bullied.

After settle all the thing, I told my self stay happy waiting the house to be completed. In year 2012, was told by Ibraco your OP was ready you may moved in. Wow man, new house. Start to buy new furniture, etc. get the water and electricity meter installed and all paid by Ibraco. Things didn't no goes well, after two months I got the water bills (I was outstation two months), first month RM200, second month RM 400. My God my house become swimming pools, damn. Stopped all my furniture deliveries and minor renovation. Started to investigate and complaint to Ibraco. Ok gather all the Subcon and Ibraco M&E supervisor, suggesting to re route the main incoming pipe going all the way through the living room ceiling to the kitchen. They promise they will make it good without any defects. Fine, nothing I can do. They fixed the pipe but the concealed pipe was not painted. After few months I've complaint and asked then make good of it but thousand of excuse was given. Now I felt, Ibraco after sales services was bad.

That's no the only case, after I moved in the house has many sounds, suddenly the ceiling "bang" and suddenly the wall "bong". The isolation of sound has not being done properly. The Subcon engaged was bad. Again, I wish to do some wiring modification to get more socket outlet. Then I requested a M&E as built drawings from Ibraco, was told that the engineer not free, ask me to get it from the council, but I insist them to give me I told them I will wait. Damn, this is second time I got the bad response. How long it will take to get me a copies? Bad services.

After few month no response from the Ibraco. After all this incident happened, I started to doubt their M&E QA/QC work, I climbed to the roof where they put the water tank. Damn, the tank was not properly cover and cleaned before hang over. Sh!t, I've bath for so long. Also the wirings are all messed up. Also the cropping part, they are not doing their damn job.

Then I told myself god bless Ibraco, their Subcon, consultant and etc. All of them has been disqualified from my listed and was not recommend to my friends and family due to the bad Subcon workmanship, Ibraco after sales services, neglection of consultant clerk of work. Until I have seems some improvement, I will kept telling my story around. So that my friends and family will not fall into frustration which I being through.

Advice for all Sarawakian's developers, consultants and Subcon, please up hold the name of Sarawak, and your company name by keeping up your reputation. For those who had bought the other phase   Good luck to you all, try to visit your house more frequently to check on their work.

Regards,
TheEarthSurvivor
